Process

How an editing job works

A test edit first, a written quote, then the whole set to the same settings.

1. Upload and brief

You upload a few representative frames, with brackets if you shot them, and describe the look your client expects. Finished images from earlier jobs are the best brief.

2. Test edit and quote

We edit one or two frames and send them with a written quote: the number of images, the edits, revision rounds and the turnaround. Nothing else starts until you accept.

3. The set

We edit the full shoot to the approved test. If a frame can't meet the brief, for example a window with no usable bracket, we tell you before delivery.

4. Delivery and changes

Finished files arrive in a shared folder, named and sized as agreed. Changes within the agreed rounds are included; extra rounds are priced before we do them.

Your images

Images stay private and are used only for your job. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.

Back from a shoot with a full card? Send a few frames and tell us the look. We edit a test, then the set.
